A/F ratio sensor problems

Ok so I was getting a code saying bank 2 sensor 1 too lean. Found a small hole in a vac line. Replaced and a week later same code. Checked to make sure that there was no leaks. Cleaned maf, filter, ect. Changed the af sensor and now I have several codes. PO174, PO171, and P2197. Thats after the intial code of P2241 that popped up right after I installed the new upstream sensor. I cant find any problems and it drives fine, in fact it seems stronger than with the old sensor. Any help from tw is appreciated.
