I just got an 06 Tacoma Prerunner V6 with 16,000 miles and was wondering if it has the auto transmission TSB and the rear spring TSB. I have read alot on these topics but cant find an exact answer. Thanks

Thanks it has the 3 leaf pack. How do I bring this up at the dealer? Do I just tell them I want the leaf spring tsb or tell them it rides on the bumpstops with relatively light loads

i'm curious... are you wanting the TSB just b/c? or is it b/c you are getting the bump stops?

When I pull my boat every time I hit a bump the bumpstops hit. Just though the tsb was suppost to help with loads

check to see if your truck is still under warranty. dealers or that 1-800 number thats floating around here somewhere should be able to tell you when you tell them your vin number.

Search......"Harsh Ride"TSB or scroll down a few pages and find the last post with all the links and what you need to do.You need to have the FACTORY 36k warranty in effect to get it done.Talk to your dealer first about it.

If you are outside the warranty you will need AAL's,search that and you will find info for that.Or you can get aftermarket spring packs and there are many posts on that setup also.

That's what you tell them. And that is feels unsafe/ unstable. Take a couple of the TSB with you.

That is "take a copy" of the TSB, sorry. You may be out of warranty though if it's an '06.
