In a liberal society (and by liberal i mean the original meaning of a free and liberated society, not the term liberal we know now of days hijacked by progressives and socialists in the early 20th century) we must tolerate and live with people of many different beliefs. an atheist has a right to his beliefs and a christian has a right to theirs. an atheist should not be offended, but he does have the right to be offended, when someone says there is a god, and a christian's faith should not be rocked when an atheist says there is no god. and honestly i think one thing i think we forget in our modern politically correct society is that you have all the right in the world to be offended and you also have to right to turn the channel or ignore the post when you are offended.
