Wait a minute- "to handle the new engine"? What are you putting in this thing?

I'm also about to round up every one of my military buddies and we're gonna go 10 miles out a trail then get "lost" so you HAVE to come rescue us :oldglory:

Putting a 2JZ into it aiming for 600whp

You should hope I never have to come rescue your military buddies as the nature of the rescues is usually not pleasant

    Vehicle update:

Truck is currently deadlined at Toyota with a trashed rear differential

Was dropped off Wednesday this week
Still no update as of Saturday morning

    On their dime

Yeah it's started hopping when making turns like it was a welded diff
And then in straight lines at 35mph it was shaking the whole truck

And at 30mph it sounded like you were going 80mph with the windows down

    As of today
Toyota is telling me that it blew
Because I modified the suspension on the rear of the truck

That has to be the most bullshit excuse ever...Im guessing the pinion angle must have totally grenaded the diff according to them even if its well within spec right? So are you eating the bill for a whole new rear? It would be great to see if Toyota could provide a "technical" writeup about just how the suspension modification caused the diff to explode.
