    First, thank your husband for his service.

    Second, get some Calgon powder in a box http://calgon.pdcbrandsusa.com/ . Mix some in a bucket, then add soap. Wet the area down, let it sit a bit, then hit it a bug rag soaked in the solution. The bugs will just melt right off. I've done this for years and it works a treat. Just don't use a soap that will strip the wax.

    Because its not leaking out of the truck. Its condensing out of the air.
