So... I had the new aluminum front bumper on order from Demello, but found out there is a chance I would not be able to receive it on time for a trip that I am in need of a winch.

With that being said, I am now about to order C4 Fab's steel bumper with Engo winch adding about 200 lbs compared to the 120 lbs if I went aluminum. On top of that, I have rock sliders being welded together at a local shop (bought 4x innovation weld on slider kit) that will add more weight.

I currently am running the 2nd Gen Pro suspension kit that went on a great sale about a month ago. I got two choices since money is tight right now:
Either swap the eibach springs that came with the Pros out for 700 lbs springs or drop a little bit more money and get new FRONT coilovers (maybe fox, ADS, Icon? Would only like to spend $600-700 at most for front).

If I go with new front coilovers, I won't be swapping the rear bilstein 2.0in resi for a long time (2-3 years). No matter what option I go with, I will also be buying JBA's UCA since I still have stock UCAs.

Keep in mind, I take this truck overlanding; upcoming trips will be Padre Island National Seashore in May, MOAB in Nov and potentially Baja Cali early of next year with small camping trips in between them.

If you got new Fox, icon, or ADS front coil overs, those are going to run you about $1200 starting. Not $600-700. I would say wait and see what happens with your stance with the weight once all of it is there. If you need more lift, look at it then. You could get 6112s from bilstein, which is an adjustable version of what you have in the front now. Your TRD pro suspension is 6112 front / 5160 rear. But an actual 6112 is adjustable in height, and runs for about $575-625

I take my rig offroading a lot. I am not looking into just height which is why I was thinking about upgrading springs. Even if I go 6112/5160, it still doesn't change the fact that the springs are not 700# rated. Changing the height on the shocks themselves will preload and potentially bind at full compression. Any way, I just went with springs since it'll only cause me around $200 dollars for a new set. I apologize for not specifying; $600-$700 on top of what a new set of spring will cost (normally around $250-$350).

With the steel bumper you will want 700lb springs regardless. Sounds like your on top of that. I have a full steel front on order and waiting on a set of king 700x14 springs.

Ya, I just went bought the desert series steel bumper from body armor 4x4 instead since they had them in stock. Should get them at the end of this week with my winch, JBA UCAs, and 700# eibach 14" springs. Will try to get them all installed this weekend, but this time I will be doing the install instead of my mechanic that I always take it to so I can save a bit of money. Friend is letting me use his garage (I live in an Apt temporarily) so it shouldn't be a problem.

Nice sounds like you’ll be set. If you went alumninum you’d want at least 650. I have 650 now with BAMF sliders and skids and it’s def pulling the front end down. I can’t imagine how bad it would be with a full steel bumper.
