Are you disappointed in me for a trading in my Tacoma to get a 4Runner?

You won’t need to run spacers when you get your new wheels to go with the new tires

Aren't 285's 'out of spec' for that wheel. And for that reason. Some places won't.
It's not that they won't fit.

I just can't. They are an extremely functional size but I just can't get over how they look from the front.

    "Spec"

Sounds to me like a lazy shop. Any standard Hunter or comparable tire machine can do up to 305s, true 33s without any issues.

Unless you like fishing for the end of the roll by having it roll under.....Rolling the t.p. over is the way.

Tires, Softopper, fully armored, winch, many pinstripes.
Being a printer and seeing how some TP has a pattern printed on the outside, you must go over the top.
Also when you do it over the top, it makes it far easier for the cats to completely destroy a roll.

I've seen this same question on another thread on TW,,
    Does it really matter?
Just be thankful that some TP is there and you don't have to start yelling.
Help I need some toilet paper.

    The poll should read,
    Single ply or two ply.

    So tell me.
When a person uses t.p. that has something printed on it, does that print pattern transfer to one's anal area?
    Does it wash off?
When one goes to the doctor and has to spread his/her butt cheeks, what does the doc see?
    The American Flag?
    Flowers?
    Joke of the Day?

As a person who handles 1600# rolls of paper, daily, I can tell you paper has a wire side and a felt side.20240930_085723.jpg(50" rolls of 70# gloss text. I wouldn't wipe my arse with it.)
Felt side is the top and generally smoother than the wire side, whose purpose is to let excess debris fall out while its being made.
'Wiping' with the inside of the roll will yield you more dingle berries.
    So there's that aspect.

Edit: If you notice the rolls in the press.....they roll over. Felt side up.
