    Hate it lol. One Day Way up in the UP I turned it on while I was hiking and kept looking for it to say it had a signal. It never did. Figured it's just because the trees were a tad too thick. Went for another hike that same day on the literal top of The highest hill for quite a ways. Still no signal. I was even facing the proper direction and everything. I don't know if this thing wants me to climb a tree and sit still for half an hour or what. I've been meaning to give it one more try by going to a clearing and just sitting and waiting but honestly I feel like you shouldn't have to sit that long. Perhaps my expectations are too high I'm not sure

    I appreciate the honest feedback.

    And exactly why I was asking. I'm starting to prep for @pearing Ozark's trip and was wondering if the Moto Defy lived up to the hype. Especially in a wooded environment vs open areas like out west.
    Maybe the Garmin in Reach is a better option.
