Are you disappointed in me for a trading in my Tacoma to get a 4Runner?

Honestly, check to see. Unplug one headlight and see how much just the fog light on that side goes. It might surprise you.

Don't wanna throw shade at who sold me them, especially when all I have is initial impressions so they are to remain anonymous (although if you go through my posts they are named lol)

Wouldn't it be quicker & easier to just tape a piece cardboard over one lite?

IDK. Popping the hood and unplugging a bulb isn't exactly rocket surgery.

Some of the things I've seen people do to their vehicles when they come in...

Alright so tonight was the first real test of those driving lights as my first impression was done on the short drive to work. After double checking how they were aimed the final conclusion is: they are a small but definite improvement. Much like the ditch lights I wasn't exactly impressed and expected more light for how much I paid but I now realize after twice spending a healthy amount on lights that it seems you are paying for build quality, customer service, and reliability more so than outright brightness. Overall I don't have any regrets and in the future I will have more realistic expectations when purchasing lights.

Also, forgot to mention, got to try out the kendas in winter conditions. They're.....not great  that's fine though, I didn't buy them for that, I just was eager to get my summer tires on and have my truck looking cool again (I really need to get a second set of my summer wheels so I can run them year-round.) It's not my fault wanting to look cool coincided with the weather actually being normal for the first time this year.

Just realized I am probably overdue on changing my air filter. I think I will remedy that today or tomorrow. O'Reilly's has a "MicroGuard Select" that looks pretty decent so I'll probably grab that.

    Cabin or engine?

The "interval" on those is "when it's dirty"

Engine. I just figure between the fact that I have no idea when it was changed last (or ever,) and the fact that I have participated in some dusty shenanigans means I should probably toss a new one in.

Now, I know you've never had a vehicle long enough to change an air filter, but don't let that scare you. It really is an easy job. You got this, buddy! I believe in you!
