Are you disappointed in me for a trading in my Tacoma to get a 4Runner?

While I was cooking along in the U.P. yesterday I hit a monster of a crater on the right side. Surprised that I didn't do any damage to the tires and or truck. The snow completely hid it and you know it's a hell of a hit when your butt compresses the cushion and hits the seat frame. I need to hurry up and get bump stops considering that I find them at a minimum at least once each time I go in the woods and usually much more. Also, it's going to be a long wait for winter to be over (because working on vehicles when it's 20 degrees out is hell) to install the leaf springs (which I greatly hope don't give me all kinds of take off shutter and vibration issues.)

It’s amazing the things you can get away with hitting… Not that I’d ever do such a thing. :anonymous:

Lol! I'm not going to lie to you, it takes a concentrated, consistent effort for me to not just go all in and go long travel and just send it constantly.

Carrier bearing spacer and axle shims are wonderful, especially on trail limos.

Damn. Every time I get the itch to upgrade something, I look into it and discover it’s a long steep slope once a guy gets started!

Yup. Went down it with the Tundra and it was getting steeper. Thus my bail to a Taco I don't want to mod.
