    My ex-MIL used to invite me over for liver and onions (with plenty of bacon on top!). Nobody else that she knew liked the stuff and she wouldn't make it for just herself. Hers just melted in your mouth!

    Liver and onions smells amazing, but I can't do the texture. Same reason I can't eat avocado. Texture is all wrong. It's like gritty crisco.
