    I have a 2in aal & don't think I have ever hit the stops even when loaded.

    Well you have to remember the fact that I only slow down if there is no other option lol. Potholes/ruts/washouts/dips/humps are a challenge for me to see how quickly I can go without doing damage

    Need multiple options in the poll, or some options that cover ranges. Medium Rare is preferable, but so long as it's warm all the way through it can be less cooked.

    Changed the trajectory of the poll with a medium rare vote.
    I can't remember the last time I ordered a steak from a restaurant.
    Mine end up in the medium rare to medium well, zone.
    The wife likes hers ruined and my son won't eat it if he sees pink.

    Edit: adding to the sauces convo....
    A1 works good for a quick marinade.

    Edit:Edit: adding to the nutrition portion from the other thread.
    Eating any food as raw as you can handle, will get the most nutrients out of it.
    Cooking, period. Ruins food.
