    Debadged, decals removed ARE V series Camper Shell, RallyArmor mud flaps I’m old, my truck is boring
    Salt and pepper, room temp before going in the grill, 1 minutes sear each side, then offset cook it for a couple minutes then eat. Unless we are talking filet mignon… those I sear in a skillet, then add a generous amount of kerrygold butter, home grown rosemary, home grown garlic,and sea salt. I put it in the oven and keep dumping the mixture on top as it cooks. Pairs perfectly with Coors Banquet in a frosted glass mug.
