just joined but have been absorbing some much needed info for while. Not big on forums in the past just due to knuckelheads with egos ten times larger than their balls.
This forum thus far has been awesome. Thank you to all for the enourmous amount of information available here and also the friendlyness of the group.
Got a 2007 silver 4x4 have had for 7 years, bought it used with 23k on it. It now has 195k on it and has been great. I decided to not trade it in on something else and spend some coin on her and not have another damn car payment. So going to respray the front end to the doors and wetsand and buff from the doors back. Going to add a 6 inch lift, swap out the running boards for a step bar type, add some choice semi suttle ghraphics, grillcraft grills, blacked out emblems and headlights and some new tires and wheels to go with the lift. I already upgraded the sound system with a Pioneer screen, w nav and all the bells and whistles, Alpine amp and JVC 10" sub, Focal speakers front and rear, added two more tweeters in the rear door panels. Dynomatted the floor, roof, back cab panel, and doubled it on the doors by applying to the inside of the outer door skin and the inside where the panel mounts. What an incredible sound this system produces.
Anyway looking forward to upcoming banter.

VERY NICE, looks like it was well thought out. how much overall lift did you wind up with. The amount of info on lifts here is astronomical, I have read a ton which helps with allot of questions but leaves you puzzled with others. trying to decide on the lift now, just want to make the right decisions or as best as possible.
    thanks for sharing
