I know TW is full of negative threads about dealerships so I thought I'd add a positive one.

I purchased a DCSB OR about 10 days ago. The salesman I worked with knew I didn't want a tonneau cover but the truck they found had one. Everything else was exactly as I wanted...no other accessories but it had the technology and tow packages. I didn't think much of the tonneau because I thought it was easy to remove and the dealership said that was the case.

Fast forward 2 weeks and after doing research, I learned that to properly remove the cover, you need to swap out the bedrails without the notches cut out.

I left feedback at the dealership and told him I was disappointed I wasn't made aware of this fact before buying the truck and that I thought it was ridiculous how expensive these two strips of plastic are.

TO THEIR CREDIT, my salesman called me back a few days later after speaking with his manager and they are buying me new bed rails so I can swap them out and properly add a camper shell. They apologized that they didn't know the bedrails needed replacing.

A big shout out to 802Toyota in Vermont and Phillip, specifically.
