A question almost as played out as suspension...

HID Lights!!!

What kit does everyone recommend? I will probably not be doing the install, so it doesn't need to be too simple or plug-and-play.

Suggestions? As always, the search feature was atrocious....sorry in advance.

 

You will need a full light projector retrofit to do it properly. Putting HIDs in your halogen reflectors will result in light scatter everywhere, give poor beam pattern and blind oncoming drivers. The halogen reflectors optics are not designed for HID bulbs.

 

Can you fellas point me in the right direction? I don't want to uncle-ben-mod my truck. Definitely gotta do it right!

I myself prefer sticking with halogen and upping the wattage using higher tech halogens with a standalone wiring harness. This will have the exact optics as stock just far brighter. I put more info in the threads above.
