3" expedition springs, FOX resi shocks, since I tow, and usually carry a dirtbike in the bed, added airbags. Usually only need about 40 psi, springs works great, I air down when wheeling.

No. Pretty much just a straight up circle jerk so far. I can argue with you guys if you want.

My trucks better than your truck.

    How am I doing?

    Best reaction gif ever

OP @Tehkoema I came into this game (just a couple of years back now) with a few very specific goals of what I wanted my truck to be, and some "5 year" goals of what I wanted to do with it in the long run. For me, the 2nd gen fit that bill. Not too many electronics to F*%& with things, not as pricey, good looks, and of course I couldnt justify taking a brand new truck into the woods. With that said - I still baby my truck when it comes to shit like pinstripes and what not. But I digress.. How does it feel? It feels great. Its a rock solid truck. Theres a million 2nd gens still on the road, yet my truck is uniquely mine and I know there are very very few like it on the road today.

Not saying Ill drive this thing forever. Maybe Ill get marriaged up and have kids, maybe there will be family shit I need to see to, maybe Ill wreck the thing in tomorrows snow storm. But for now it's perfect regardless of age or gen

Plain and simple I think it comes down to what you make of it

Almost 176k miles on my 08. It's mostly been not wanting another car payment and slowly upgrading that has kept me jumping to the turd Gen. I honestly don't think about it much. Because Toyota is notoriously slow with implementation of even minor upgrades, there isn't much perceivable difference. Now , a 2020 TRD Pro might convince me otherwise.

It does give you nice footage of the service bays at the dealership. Nicely done. I can't compete with that one. My rig's never seen the service dept.

True. I had to take it in to get my automatic ass massager adjusted. They gave me a 2nd gen loaner and I kept accidentally popping wheelies because torque.

Yeah...my rig didn't come with the Ground And Pound Ass Hammer 4000. Wasn't even an option. Having the cut out section in the 2nd gen seats for our giant testicles is nice though.

But I feel your pain on the wheelies. Try having your rear wheels break loose at 70 mph when kick it down to pass. Scary shit right there.
