You mean sleep in the bed?

I can't do that. Bed is too small for me.

I would definitely FIND a use for that storage bin if it doesn't weigh 10 tons and you can spare the bed space!

Damn, you lucky bastard. I like the toolbox in the shell like @Road_Warrior has in his. I wish I get one when I ordered a shell at the dealer. Maybe I get new shell with it someday.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Remove the front window of the cap and remove the back window of the cab and you’ll have a place for your feet.

Besides being great for storage I saw a picture of a guy that turned it into a mini camping kitchen with sink and a camp stove on slides

Seriously... you could design something to have it as roll out of the bed and have a kickstand leg that props it up for a camp kitchen. Endless possibilities. It's a good problem to have.

The only other problem I have with this is the windoor rubs on the frame when you swing it open, a rubber mallet is slowly fixing it though and they don’t seem to seal very well at the bottom, going to let it sit in the rain tonight and assess the leak situation in the morning

I can't exactly tell what's going on there. Maybe hit it with a heat gun or hair dryer without melting it to see if that helps make things more pliable. I dunno..

It’s the side door rubbing on the frame that it fits into when shut

Another question which of these clamps are better or are they pretty much the same

I dunno. I can't help you there. My basis for comparison was a LEER I had on my last Tacoma and I had whatever they used. It looks like those accomplish the same thing if the quality is okay.

You don't have those clamps on there now? If not, then you should get them so your shell will fit fine and no gap for backdoor to tailgate. Clamps can bring the shell down a little.

I love the toolbox, it’s one of the most useful things I have on my truck.

It’s clamped down now but I was wondering which type of clamp was better, two different style clamps in the pictures, I am using the ones in the second picture

I like it a lot, I want it so bad, but I rather wait because I want to get new bumper for front end and wheels/tires which I mentioned these to you other day.

Then maybe I will get new shell with it. Or I live with what I have now.

Oh, up to you, the ones in second picture look more modern... but both pictures do the same function to hold the shell down.

I have rubber mat in mine. No bed rug. I plan to build camping stuff in there such as platform, drawers, etc.
