A short list of your favorite sounds...

thunderstorms

crickets on a quiet night

my kids saying " I love you dad "

40,000 fans screaming and cheering....fireworks going off.... with a reds walk off homerun

 

The voice of my mother, father, son, sister & brother (I wish I lived closer to all of them).

The odd sounds either of my dogs make from time to time.

My 450r wound tight right before I shift into 2nd.

The RB 211 at take off power.

The LFA at full tilt.

 

In no particular order:

-The laughter of my 4 and 6 year old boys.
-Thunderstorms/rain
-My wife admitting that I am right
-Mountain streams
-The sound of the woods at night

 

Sound of my 40 glock. ( for that matter, any sound of gunfire, as long as it is not directed at me)

Wife screaming (good scream, Not bad)

the sound my truck makes going from 2000 rpm to 5000rpm

sound of the dog i used to have, panting after a run or playing around with her toy

 

- The sound of waves gently breaking on the beach

- Crickets at night

- The sound of the 6.8L diesel on my John Deere tractor

Now I see what you mean, they sound just like a running horse! Now I understand why old Harley's were called IronHorses.

 

The sound of a Q siren and stutter horns in the distance(fire truck)
Old Standard shift Detriot diesel shifting hard
Spooling turbo
Tones dropping
The wind/roar of a mud tire
And last, probably my favorite. The sound of a 460 with the biggest cam you can into it idling.

 

Hot damn that's a good looking bike!

Loon call in the morning

 

A hundred car train movin along the bay at night.
The Blue Angels practicing over my house.
An F1 car leaving the pits.
Beach sounds.
My wife laughing.

 

Besides voices of kids and wife;

Gm7 on a Martin acoustic.
Tires crackling on fresh snow.
Squirrels in the Fall leaves.
