we just got T mobile in our area in hte last year so i dont trust them yet. i haven't heard enough about them. Alltel is great except they keep messingup my text msgs. i text ALOT due to all my downtime at work and it only works well with other alltel customers and Alltel seems to hate Verizon. alot of my msg's to verizon customers show up hours (sometimes days) late and many time s out of order so nobody understands what i'm saying. it's infuriating. after my contract is out i'll prolly turn to ATT since i get a 21% discount through work

Good luck getting one if you didn't preorder. On Verizon's website it says that current orders won't ship till Dec. 15. My dumbass put faith in our 3rd party rep that is an indirect dealer through Verizon.

From what I hear as well, the software is still a little buggy. I'm sure that there will be a couple firmware updates before it's worked out. It seems that BB used microsoft's approach to this product, "just put a piece of shit out there to let the consumers tell us what the bugs are and then we'll fix them"

No. That's the whole point of it having a GSM card. You can use another carriers network (I think Verizon has a sister company in Europe that you use) due to the phone being GSM.

really? i thought the phone software was different. i didn't think a cdma phone could work on a gsm network or vice versa. i thought the actual software and hardware was different. i thought it was like a mac and a PC. am i wrong? (wouldn't be the first time.... more like teh 1,984,657,638th time)

Mine works flawlessly. Considering its almost a year since they were released, im sure they fixed the gay-ass problems.

It has only been 7 months lol. Barely half a year. Current Storm owners will be upset because they will not be able to upgrade to the new one.

I always tell people this, if you want an iPhone, get an iPhone. Don't get wannabe iPhones.
