I couldn't be more opposite on the aesthetics of a DCLB. In stock form the DCSB looks normal and the DCLB looks all jacked up to me. Hate it. Only way the DCLB's look okay is lifted on 285s...then they look pretty good.

Had an auto traded it for an MT. WISH there was a TRD/OR Access Cab MT option in the US. MT + OVTune = fun!

oh please... this shows you that you know nothing about Toyota. They design their trucks to be 10 year models. They RARELY change if ever an engine no matter how bad it is. Remember the 3.0? Even the weak spots like no locks on the 2nd gen tailgate. Wouldnt be much to change that but they didnt during the entire 10 years the 2nd gen was out there. Please. Toyota makes it and you buy it, thats all they care about.

No sir, I have never worked for Toyota or any car manufacturer, so I have no "industry" knowledge. But I have basic everyday buisness skills and if this combo sucked, they wouldn't be selling 200k of these truck every year. If this combo sucked, sales would be WAY down as any shitty product and they would have to change. Pretty simply

Instead of swapping the AC MT, why not get a cheap azz SUV for the mom?

that is funny because I feel exact same way. I think the dclb don't look right at all in stock form. But put a 3 to 6 in lift on it and 33s to 35s it looks fantastic.

I understand from an engineering stand point why they had to kill the body line, but it’s a damn shame it looks so bad (IMO)....

I agree the DCLB looks a lot better lifted.

To me all trucks still look best in stock height especially more proper like what you have in Access cab. But I have grown to like the looks of the 4 doors a lot over the years but it is a weird deal because lifted the cew looks better in long bed and stock it looks best in short bed if crew cab in my opinion but stock or lifted the A/c cab looks good. I just much prefer having the 4 door,
