Does anybody know what size led is inside the A-TRAC button in the off roads? I have swapped all of my interior lights, and this switch is the only thing remaining. All of the other buttons have twist in's, but this one has a tiny led that is soldered to the board.

I know this is an old thread, but I just updated the LED on my ATRAC switch yesterday. Here are some pics of my progress and info on the LED I used. The LED I used are here.

There are tabs on the side of the ATRAC switch to pull the inside w/ circuit board out from the housing once you remove the switch. I did this with a tiny flat head screw driver.

It's hard to tell, but there is a tiny green indicator on the side of the LED closest to the "22" printed on the board. Orient the new LED the same way. Be patient with desoldering the old LED. This took me some time and patience but finally got it off. This is what the circuit board looks like:

To help solder the new LED on I used electrical tape on half the LED to help hold it in place like this:

Once you get one side soldered on, then take the tape off and get the other side. Be quick with your soldering since these are delicate boards and LEDs. I was paranoid about breaking something. This is the new LED on the board:

And here it is lit up. I like it next to my anytime backup camera switch!
