    Once again: This thread is not about non-Toyota mods. It is about how to use the factory systems. Didn't the video show both Toyotas making it? The A-Trac is already inatalled on new Toyotas.

    I have a question...how is it reasonably possible for ATRAC to be superior to locker(s). Explain one more time on how atrac works and how a locker works. :popcorn:

    A-Trac Tacomas also have a rear locker. Front lockers are not offered since A-Trac is. The rest of your question is answered on page 1 or the link in my sig.

    So how come they used to offer front lockers such as the 80 and 100 series land cruisers?


    Ill answer it...... Cost cutting. They needed to cut costs, so they give you A-Trac. Its better than nothing.... at its best.

    Must have been hard for campbell to steer with all that horsepower with tires spinning widky and being locked front/rear. Incredible he placed 1st in the first place .... guess his secret weapon really was ATRAC. he must have done the ATRAC mod I bet lol
