I have a 2019 TRD-Offroad 6sp manual. I bought the truck used in 2021 with about 30k miles or so. It has almost 60k now. In those 30,000 miles I have used 4WD maybe once or twice to pull out of my driveway if there was a lot of ice. I have never really messed with the A-Track or elocking dif buttons on the overhead console. Occasionally I will put it in 4H/4L in my driveway just to make sure it still switches over since it is not used often.

Yesterday I was in a large parking lot that was empty so I decided to mess the the overhead console buttons. I put the car into 4L and tried turning on the A-Track. I did not get any lights on the dash saying that it turned on or was engaged. Would this only be indicated when it is actually being used or should there be an indicator light always on when it is turned on and the truck is in 4L? I popped out the switch and the outer two pins made continuity when the switch was depressed, so I don't think it is the switch itself (don't have a full pinout of connector going to switch to reference). The truck goes into 4H/4L without issue but nothing at all happens when I switch on the A-Track button. I also noticed the locking diff button would just beep and flash the dash light when pressed but I think the gears were just not lined up and I did not want to turn much since I was on pavement to mess with it too much.

Does anyone know if there is a relay for the a-track system? It is my understanding it works off of the brakes and does not technically have any connection to the transfer case or the diffs. Even though I never have used it or needed it, it bugs me now that I know it may not be working correctly.
