Reading how he's arguing that he's a Marine and that everyone that questions him is wrong pisses me off.
I hope I find someone like this one day... that'll be a fun day

Looks good but I still can't get used to seeing those little hash marks on Blues. Just doesn't look right.

    you need 2, there's 2 sides on MW :p

All joking aside, as I sit here reading this, I have to wonder. What kind of person does this? I've never served, and the thought of trying to impersonate someone who does just hits me in a very wrong way. I'm not sure if it has to do with both my grandfathers serving and being raised to respect those who have served, or if its just a normal human thing.

Do civilians do this often or is it low ranking privates and stuff who do this most often?

Does it happen often? Are you kidding? Look at this: LINK

And almost always it is civilians who have never served or prior military who exaggerate their military service. I've yet to see a lower Enlisted Service Member do anything like this.

"junior enlisted", I've been counseled numerous times by EO.

Haha. I'll make a note of that. Hell, I sometimes still call Family Members Dependents and have been corrected. Old habits are hard to kick.
