    Hey There Tacoma Members,

I have read over the extensive information on my A750F transmission fitted to my land cruiser.

When the gearbox changes into lock up it changes a little early and thumps in a bit, it also will at times (On slight inclines clunk out of overdrive), after reading the forum I have covered the brake pedal and the problem doesn't exist. I have 175km,s on the clock and have changed the oil 4 times in this vehicles life (Never have flushed it but changed the oil and kept it clean) using original Toyota oil. Last time I serviced it I removed the sump and checked inside the pan and it all looked like new.

Next logical step would be a memory reset for the trans from techstream.

You may want to try above. If not, you may have an issue with your SLU solenoid. They do fail on these. May want to investigate it if it keeps doing it after you do a memory reset on the tranny.

It's a function you have to use on either a capable scanner or Toyota Techstream.

Hello everyone, I have done the memory reset and travelled about 500km since. Unfortunately it hasn't worked so back to the drawing board, I did forget to mention the transmission has had a full flush plus new filter and I replaced the SLU solenoid. I need to find some in Aus that can do some proper testing, I know its the lock up because if I cover the brake pedal it drives fine.
