    I thought with the OL it’s more about 2”, and 1.5” without

    3 leaf aal with OL out is supposed to be 1.5”... let’s hope so!

    I'm looking for the answer to this specific question. The OP asked this in a few different ways on this thread but I'm still not clear on the answer. To rephrase :

    What is the difference in the way a truck with a stock leaf pack will carry a load compared to the way a truck with a progressive AAL, without the overload leaf, added to the same stock leaf pack carry a load?

    @hiPSI you chimed in on this thread and I've seen you give really good information on other threads. Could you or someone else answer the above? Much appreciated.

    It will simply increase the progressive spring rate as the truck is loaded, meaning less sag at same load.
    However, it will not increase your load carrying ability, just less sag at same load. Increasing max payload is.. complicated and a whole different thread.
