Hello Folks. 1681 miles on truck. I started hearing a chirping sound. i can not hear it with windows up but down its real annoying. I am thinking a pulley? let me know if anyone else hears or heard this on their rig. I made 2 videos. One goofing off with suspension stuff around neighborhood where you can hear it and one with the actual Chirp trouble.

Suspension movement and me talking to USPS about a stolen package.....

Chirp Trouble. Shot 1080p but showing 360 or something..

    See build page.
Thats funny. I thought I was hearing stuff on my truck but Im experiencing the same issue. Very random though. Its hard for me to duplicate the issue so I feel like its useless to go to the dealership unless I know how to get it to chirp when im actually there.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.

Mine does the same thing. Seems to be when the A/C compressor cycles.

Maybe I'll try to turn ac off and see what happens. I might try to spray the pulleys with synthetic grease and see which one quits making noise, if it does.

Check idler and tensioner pulleys. Use a mechanic stethoscope to narrow it down.

If your A/C compressor squeaks you need to check the compressor our asap.

Can't hear the video at the moment, but D4-S is known to make squeaky noises because of the high pressure fuel pumps.

Hard to tell from the video but it sounds like the AC compressor turning on and off. Normal sound.
