@TacoFister , I just listened to your video. I bet $5 it is the high pressure fuel pumps for the Toyota D4-S. Yours sounds just like my Subaru BRZ did, except a bit faster. Google the Scion FR-S and BRZ cricket or chirping noises.

Bottom line: For the FA-20 engine, they would replace the high pressure fuel pump, but the sound would sometimes come back. However, it was judged to be cosmetic only and not an impact to the health of the vehicle.

The HFP's were replaced under TSB. I think this is a quirk of how D4-S works. Have your dealer look, sure...but I personally wouldn't worry about it.

It sounds like a pulley bearing, Toyota has had issues (bad runs) of them before. Only way to tell for sure which one it is is to loosen the belt and turn each one by hand till you find the guilty one. You will know as it will sound/feel rough compared to the others.
The belt is not cheap, it is good quality but it will wear badly or prematurely on account of the bearing.
But you did the right thing, you have the concern documented on video to show the service writer, so now know it's in the dealer's court to get it like it should be.
    Cheers!

Mine has made that noise since day one. I usually notice it when I accelerate. I figured it was probably the fuel pump or something to do with the a/c. I haven't tried talking to the dealer about it yet because it's so random.

Purchased Wd-40 silicone lube spray. I sprayed pretty much all the pulleys. Dropped the skid plate and got the 2 down by the bottom. I don't hear it anymore. Could come back.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
    WD40 isn't a lubricant. It'll come back.

Hell it'll probably dry out the belts as well.

It's a wd-40 brand. Not the stuff your thinking. Specifically made for bearings and pulleys. Silicone lubricant, not the break bolts loose blue can.

Exhaust is rock solid. Still making the noise. I will probably take it to the dealer this weekend and see what they say. It's rather annoying with the windows down.

Good luck. I hated driving around in a new truck with a temp tag that squealed like hell.

Had the same issue as you. The top left one on mine had Alot of play. Told the dealer at my 5k checkout and they ordered a new one and installed it the next day. I was able to drive it home and take it back the next day, FYI. All under warranty and no hassle.

Top driver side or passenger side? I noticed that the top one on the driver side could be be wiggled by hand, even with the belt on. Wonder if that pulley needs to be tightened. Or another one somewhere.

Top Drivers side. Sounds like you may have the same issue. Have them replace it and see how it goes. When you bring it up, actually pop the hood and show them. I would mark the pulley with a marker just to make sure they actually swapped it out. Mine already had a belt mark and the new one was shinny. So for sure mine was replaced.

Took it to the dealer. When I pulled up it was chirping (still doing it). I turned the truck off and gave the guy keys and told him the problem. They restarted truck and pulled it to the garage, it was puring like a kitten, no noise. It went in for around 2 hours. The tranny fluid was good but their was no noise of course. The manager came around and popped the hood with me there and it didnt make a sound of course. So it's still making the sound now. I'll pull it in again next week and not turn the truck off and have them look at it on the spot

It's likely your high pressure fuel pump. I had the exact same sound at idle, and it began with about 800 miles on the odometer. It would start about 10 minutes after the engine warmed up. The dealer diagnosed the HPFP as the source of the chirping sound and replaced it under warranty after approval from Toyota Engineering. It took about a week for them to get the part. 400 more miles down the road, and the chirping has not returned. Time will tell. My research shows that this has also been an issue in the Scion line with the FR-S since at least 2013. It's not a new issue to Toyota, even though they will say it is.

Concur. Said this earlier but nobody agrees.

here are videos of the Toyota's direct injection D4S high-pressure fuel pumps making the same sound on BRZ & FR-S over the past few years:
