    Sorry for possibly a dumb question, but what’s the difference in pennzoil platinum full synthetic oil that’s in the yellow container vs the silver? I know price and quite a bit more but actual difference and is it worth it.

    I didn't know there was a difference, I thought they just changed the color of the jug. All the jugs around here(north tx) are yellow now instead of the silver.

    Now just the labels are a different color, not the whole bottle. The silver bottles you're seeing are just old stock.
