i have the TSB and i set to 0.85" and it has just about the stock rake. The TSb's have settled down to maybe 1/2-3/4 lift

i haven't put a load in the back, but knowing how soft it is, i'm going to say yes, it would be nose high with a load.

I think it looks great the way you set it, but I load mine down for extended camping trips several times a year (think beer and more beer) plus other loads sporadically and would hate to have that "bro lean" the kids all talk about. :D

i'll probably put a 1.5" AAL before spring for the same reason.

sorry for my ignorance in this matter but I have 2 questions. 1. what does "tbs" stand for? and 2. Would I need a professional mechanic put on the 5100's or is that something a common man with some auto mechanic abilities could do? I put a 4" suspension lift on my '86 CJ-7 a few years back, so I have a little experience with lifts...

5100s can be put on easily at home if u have a spring compressor n u know what u r doing.

I don't have a spring compression tool and haven't started researching how to yet. I was just checking to see if I could possibly do this at home or if I needed to pay to get it done. Does anyone know how much (average of course since all shops charge differently) this runs for install?

I'm sure it can be done cheaper, but I'm having it done next week for around $160. That includes an allignment, though...and they charge more because I am ordering them on my own (not through the shop).

Might have been closer to 170 (I can't remember the exact number) and that is pretax...I'll post the exact cost when I actually get it done, though. I do remember they charge more labor because they are not ordering the shocks, but if they would provide them it would cost more than DSM.

BTW, this is only the front 5100s (rear will remain stock for now).

Im sure someone has run the fronts set at 1.75, no rear tsb pack, but with bags. With a load there should be no bro lean correct. Anyone have any experience with this set up?
