About to pull the trigger on lift...

I think I will spend more and go with BOSS coilover and just not crank them up to 3 inch till I can afford UCA and add AAL and new rear shocks in the future. What do yall think of the new plan of a step by step build??

 

If you haven't looked at OME, Icon, and Toytec Ultimate Lift Kit you should.

I'm near Toytec so I went down there and ended up with Icon Stage 1 coils and shocks in front, Icon Stage 1 shocks and a Deaver AAL in the rear, with Light Racing UCA's. The Icon stuff is clearly worth the extra, at least for me. The Icons are adjustable to a hair's width and with bigger barrels.

The guys at Toytec are fantastic, very responsive to emails/phone calls and will answer anything.

But definitely do your research around here.

 

Thanks I think the icons are badass but a little out of my price range. Hell even the BOSS are a little bit outta the range but do able.

 

Patience and research.

If you're going to put armor on, then you want coils and shocks that are specifically designed to bear the extra weight.

Remember that a quality winch can be very heavy.

Do you want to get a Bed Rack at some point?

What kind?

Plan the build out. I know I got in a rush and ended up with a lift that was Just OK, that I ended up replacing piece by piece. Not because the lift sucked, but because my build ended up calling for a different one.
