The slight differences in dimensions are not going to give me warranty grief later on will they?

You could also look into the Falken Wildpeak AT's. They are somewhat similar to the KO2's but have better siping and are cheaper as well.

I just order 265/75/16 for my stock sr. They will fit.

I ordered duratracs though because there was 2 rebates on them plus I didn't need an E rated tire

It should be the least of your concerns....the only minor issue would be calibration with gauges...etc.

You could always recalibrate if necessary

the 265/70/16 are stock size on TRD OR's. 75's are an inch taller but still fit with no rubbing. MPG will go down slightly with 75's.

Rotate those Duratracs at least every 5k. I ran three sets of them but got sick of replacing every 25k. Don't worry you will get more wear out of them than that. I just don't like the way a half worn tire looks so I ditch them with 50% tread left. Also they balance like shit. Sorry it's the truth.
On a positive note, they look cool as hell!

I don't think my retailer even carries the C load in any of these sizes. I could order from the US from man the tax and customs will kill me.

Poor chap already says he wants these tires. If you like em, go for it. BFG is a well respected tire co.

I've had 2 sets on my trucks, always done fine. Balanced well. They perform well in heavy rain. Never any issues. Of course, I'm also driving cautiously at 50 or 55 on the freeway in the rain with my 2 tykes in back.

It may seem silly, but the idiot tire guy didnt bother removing the white bar code off the bead. So they were sticking out. I had to slice them off. Didnt think i would have to tell them to remove it.

Yeah no worries man. You will like them, look cool, do everything you ask them to do but in time you will get sick of them not balancing. Took me three sets to get there. They are known to have a weak sidewall so be cautious of that but they never failed me. I have a brand new 265/75/16 that has never touched the ground I will be selling in about a month when I update my spare. I am weird and everything has to match.

Well, Tuesday night I drove home a new ORDCLB. The next morning I traded my OEM Goodyear tires to Discount Tire towards a pair of KO2's (on TRD pro rims I had waiting in the garage) I chose to stick with the OEM sizing 265/70/16. I took a freeway drive, about 30 miles, they feel great. Maybe not -quite- as smooth/quiet as the OEM tires but nothing to mention really. I was a bit worried they'd be too noisy but they're fine. Do it!! And yes, white letters on one side, black on the other. I opted to have black facing out. :) Enjoy!

I going E load the end of the world? I think C is only available in R17 and I am not going to get a new set of rims. Is it just the fact that it's overkill and slightly worse on MPG?

I run KO2's ! They are a good tire for our mixed Canadian climate. MPG hit was substantial but i am way oversize. Noise is OK but certainly noticeable. Im at 50% wear and they have worn perfectly.

I'd be interested in trying something else next replacement. Maybe C load range !!!!

E rated or 10 ply tires are also stiffer and the ride will be harsher.

Buying a tire for looks is real retarded.

K02's are outdated, there are far better choices in the market right now.

Look into Cooper AT3 or Falken Wildpeak.
