I am new, so here goes:
I have a 2005 4Runner. I had a problem and by looking through these threads I have corrected part of it.
Everything was normal until I went to start it and all of a sudden the ABS and Traction (3 of them) lights were on. Also, I could not get the shifter out of park. I rotated the steering wheel, which has corrected this in the past, but the wheel moved freely and still could not get out of park. I had to force the shifter which caused a slight cracking noise. After that, it behaved normally, except the lights were still on.
This is when I looked through this forum and found the suggestion to check fuses. I first checked to see if I had tail lights and I did not. I did find a 10A fuse in the engine compartment fuse panel that was blown. Replaced it and the shifter works normally now and I have brake lights. However, the ABS and traction lights are still on. I checked all other fuses that seemed related according to the owner's manual, but found no more blown.
In the forum, there was discussion about blown or shorted ABS sensors. I am wondering if a sensor shorted and took out the 10A fuse with it. I have driven the car since, and the fuse remains good. Maybe a spike occurred when a sensor went out and that blew the fuse?
I haven't educated myself about what ABS sensors are all about yet, so I thought I would ask for guidance from you experts.
    Thanks

I looked, but there is only a little square cover, about 3/4" square. It pops off, but there is nothing under it but a plastic clip holder for that cover. I must not have that feature.
Not an issue anyway now since the shifter works now.

The next day after I replaced the blown 10A fuse, the ABS and traction lights went out on their own. I guess it reset itself. I noticed I had to reset my clock, so there was some interruption and reset that occurred.
    Thanks for all your help.

Check it and see. There is a good possibility the answer is yes.
