found a crack in one of the positive leads on the harness upstream of connector S22. I was so hopeful but my hopes were crushed once again!

OK, i have done a continuity test from the S1 connector back to the S22 connector and there is connection! there is also a typo in the manual pointing RR1 to pin 46 while it actually resides in pin 45. I measured resistance and its right around .9 ohm so its good there.

confirmed I'm using KOYO part# 2DACF044-6E which is accurate

But were you stressing the harness when you got the .9 ohms? Pull it around and see if it spikes up

What about the crack you mentioned above? A crack in the sheathing, the connector?

I wasn't really able to stress the harness as I'm working alone and its tough to hold the probes and do anything else. I'll try to grab another set of hands.
the crack was in the RR+ conductor above the S22 connector. I cut that area out and re-terminated the connector with no change

Well, I am both delighted and ashamed to announce that this has been resolved thanks to my homie and TW member 5678TA! Turns out, despite pondering this for a good while, I pressed the bearings on the opposite sides thus orienting the sensors backwards. I am not a smart man.... I will drill and tap to mount the sensors correctly tomorrow as I would rather eat glass then remove and reinstall those bearings

    don't do drugs kids..

When you pulled the axles out to replace the bearings where was your abs/ wheel speed sensor? Was it in front of the axle or behind the axle?
I think I may have the same issue and when the bearings were pressed on my abs sensors were flopped right to left and left to right.....? So I think I have read that the sensors are directional and also right and left side specific. Just wondering if that is my problem.....? I have replace both sensors and rear abs wires

I know that the left side is located on the front of the spindle. Opposite side of the caliper. It will only bolt in one way.
It is in front of the axle. The sensor has a flat side that faces towards the hub. (outside of the truck)
