Sorry if this has been covered however I have a question about abs. I've been plagued with the abs light. It'll come on and engage randomly on dry pavement (it's 80 degrees and dry today). I could careless about the abs system (I have replaced all 4 wheel speed sensors so I'm thinking theres a short or open current somewhere) stealership bill was astronomical. Those sensors cost anywhere from 2-260 each! I feel comfortable controlling my braking on my own. With that said, if I pull the abs fuse will will the rr diff lock still engage? 4wd work properly? I don't know if they effect each other. Any help would be appreciated.

you can pull your ABS fuse and it wont effect your 4wd or diff lock.

I sugguest if you know how to drive, pull the fuse.

Will pulling the ABS fuse also turn off the ABS light on the dash? I had the same problem as the OP, spent a ton of $ at the dealership and had no luck fixing the issue. I just unplugged the wiring harness to the unit but the light stays on full time which is annoying. Thanks!
