The other day I was driving and had all the abs brake and traction control lights come on and I tested it with my obd2 scanner and got code c0215 left rear wheel speed sensor.I pulled out the sensor and is was covered in oil and metal.the wheel bearing has gone bad ,I tested the wires and have the correct amount of voltage. Did the wheel bearing cause the abs code?

Yes it did the tone ring and bearing came apart and ate up the sensor.
