In the last few days the light comes on after driving about 20 miles, today it came on at about 5. My OBD reader shows no codes.

I just got the 327 reader about a week ago, using Fusion on an Amazon Fire 8, would that have anything to do with it?

Trying reading the codes through the dash, that will tell you for sure.

Thanks for the repiles, good to hear the code reader I bought doesn't read the codes I need it to. :(

The Amazon Fire isn't working out too well either, it's Android, but it's not a "real" Android o_O and has very limited Apps. :annoyed:

The SST Jumper, is that a common item one can buy or does one make it?

My abs comes on here and there as well. Usually on at cold start ups in the mornings. When I want to take it to the dealership, it doesn't turn on.

Bought it used with 25,000 miles on it. I've put another 10,000 on and the ABS started coming on less than 100 miles ago. Might just take it to the dealer, I'd like an idea of what's going on though.

Sorry for the delayed reply. A fine bare wire paper clip bent open works great, just don't use one too thick or the pins in your OBD11 connector can be damaged.

Plastic dip badges. Upgraded head unit, husky floor liners, BFG ko2 tires.
Mine did that. Then stayed on. Took it to dealership they were confused cause no codes. They replaced the scensor then tried to blame it on my led stock tail lights! Haha and trailer aftermarket wiring harness. Suppositly they put a resistor in somewhere and it worked. Either way no abs light since!

Ok, got around to checking the DTC code with the SST.

    It's 34. Searching the forum I find:
34 - Left Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Signal Malfunction

Now I gotta find that and check the connection.

Had a chance to get under there and check the connection, nothing obvious. Unplugged it, looks in good shape and clean so I plugged it back in. I've gone on a trip and drove about 500 miles and it didn't come on until I parked it and it dropped below freezing. Came on right when I started the truck. Now it's gone off again.

When I get back I'll look into it further.

Wheel speed sensors usually go bad for reason, that reason usually being a bad bearing. Check that when you get time. Seems odd for a rear bearing to go bad so soon.
