ABS on this truck is dangerous...

Front Suspension: OME 885 + NitroCharger 9000 shocks + 1/2" spacers for a 3" lift. Superbumps replacing stock bumpstops. Camburg ball joint UCA SS braid brake lines Future: ADS Extended length, extended length UCA BJ to increase droop capability Rear Suspension: All-Pro Expedition rear leafs, Walker Evans 27" rear shocks, extended rear brake lines (Wheelers Offroad), U -bolt flip kit, rear Timbren bumpstops. Future: Hammer Hangers, Shock relocate, ADS 12" or 14" shock. Interior: Weatherteck floor liners - front, Wet Okoles- front, ScanGauge, LED interior & map lights. Power moonroof.     BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
    99.999 percent of the time there is zero issue with the concept of ABS but if the conditions are just right (gravity and/or momentum and yes actually s-p-e-e-d involved) you may eventually learn a very hard lesson. I wonder about some accidents that involve Highway Coaches (buses) sliding on ice into stopped 18 wheelers but it's just a theory. [​IMG]I know.. Carry on.

    My parent's went back to college awhile back. They drove a campus bus for awhile and they did not have ABS in the winter. I don't know if it is legal or anything else, but it was something they had done because of the buses sliding around in the snow in the Midwest and a few minor accidents.

    Or 30mph , which is the speed limit that Toyota somehow came up with for the VSC system switching on and off with one push of the VSC button in our rigs

    Don't have ABS on my 2002. I see a lot oe 2008-10s having problems. Anyone expierencing this problem on 2015 or is it all years depending of the road conditions and speed????

    Best I can say is probably.

    2005-09 should be the same
    and 09-15 should be the same.

    Although im just assuming they also changed something in the ABS when they changed the traction control. The ABS could be identical for all I know

    Everybody sue Toyota for failing. Defend and bail out GM.
