I would find another location. Moving the ABS Controller is going to be VERY Problematic with the hard brake lines etc....

True, but it takes up so much valuable real estate in the engine compartment.

I thought I saw the mod where you can put twin batteries side by side in the oem battery location.

Move both batteries to the bed, the rad support/inner fender can't handle even the stock battery if you wheel it..

@Bebop bought an OEM battery last year and it is huge. Can't justify replacing it yet. But the Bed is an idea.

I wouldn't touch your ABS. You are asking for problems in the future.

Basics. Tires, painted headlighes, UHLM, baby winch in the bed, and heated mirrors :)
My $0.02, sure I think the ABS module is relocatable if you make new hard lines and plumb it all up right, just gotta properly bleed it all out. Probably not a very difficult task.

But it may much simpler and better to relocate one or both batteries to the bed. Easier to run cables instead of rerouting brake lines. Plus the above-mentioned weight issues, and not having to open up and mess with ABS at all. My only personal problem with this method is taking up bed space in the case of using my bed tent, etc. But that can be worked around. Alternately, (just spitballing here)you can get a couple of smaller lithium batteries, make some brackets, and mount them behind the rear bedsides, keeping bed space intact. Maybe even use the otherwise useless storage bins.

Easiest is second battery in the bed. In the future if you want to go back to stock
You unhook the cables from the engine bay. Done..
    I would NOT relocate.
