Well im an idiot. I removed the abs sensor bolt (10mm) from the drivers side and it began to rain like hell. I cleaned up and moved inside and over the course of all the back and forth i lost it.

I know i had it threaded back in the hole loosely at one point but its gone.

Anyone with a parts catalog have this bolt part number handy for a 2004 4x4 trd? I need to order one up and get in there.

I never did get the sensor out on either side. There has to be something else holding that bugger in there other than the bolt. I gave up and pulled the entire harness. Bolts came right out. I tapped on them..wiggled them side to side while tapping on them, attempted to pull up. Finally i just gave up.

    Anyway...need the bolt now.

I was hoping I could help you out because I recently replaced the rear abs sensor, but the new sensor doesn't come with the 10mm bolt. Below is a link that list the bolts specific to the abs sensor wiring, etc., but I'm just not sure which bolt it is.
Once the 10mm bolt is removed, it's only held in by the friction of the rubber o-ring. If you order a bolt from Toyota, you may also want to order a couple of the rubber o-rings because mine tore when removing.
Wish I could provide more help, and Good Luck. I know that's frustrating as hell losing a bolt!!

90080-11357 is what you need. It's the same for the front or sensor.

Good to know. I'll have to save your information for when looking for those obscure parts.
    Thanks again.

Most dealers use the same catalog, so you can probably ask your local dealer to email or print a page for you.

If your part number is the same as the Rear ABS Sensor on a 2003 PreRunner DCab TRD 3.4l 4ATM...then it is a 90080-11357 (most current supersession) M6-1.0×20mm ≥Grade 8 Hex Head (10mm Hex Head) bolt with a flat washer and split lock washer. I recently twisted one when torquing to 60in•lbf (FSM calls for 71in•lbf).

The closest dealer to me is 30mi away and tbh not my first choice for OEM parts as they offer no discounts on parts, charge more than MSRP on most of the parts I inquire about, don't show up on parts.toyota.com parts center locator, and don't ever have any of the parts I need in stock to begin with. So...in this case I took the twisted bolt to a local witch doctor by the name of, Jeff. He works in one of my least favorite chain parts stores...the AutoZone. Jeff deserves far better than being this stores GM...he could easily pone and put to shame all other AZ GM's. I knew that instead of going to Lowe's (my least favorite "home improvement" store) and dickin' around with the thread check board that half the holes are stripped and the other half will likely destroy the threads on your fastener that seeing the automotive medicine man would cure what ales me.
I was in luck. His oxblood F150 was in the side lot (so he can puff his cigs in private on break w/o having a million pleebs interrupting). As I pass through the second door, I can see his piercing eyes leering at me from over his glasses rims, perched upon his shop throne already wise cracking at my expense, something along the lines of, "It's all his fault! We've got it on camera!".
I set the bolt down in front of him and without hesitation (and barely even glancing at the bolt) he said, "10mm head, M6-1.0×16mm or maybe 20mm. You know where the fasteners are...Aisle 6."

    It was...and they were.
Upon checking out he told me to bring him something more challenging next time and grinned his coffee stained smiled.

    Magic man.
