Recently had a local shop remove the spacer lift from my truck and do an alignment. The ABS, VSC, and precollision lights are all lit up on my dash now. Plus my truck no longer holds me for a couple seconds on a hill when I clutch in to take off. It seems like everything with automated braking got messed up. Anyone had similar issues before? Saw some stuff for second gens but not much for third.

After alignment always do a zero point reset. Move to further diagnostics if that doesn't rectify the problem. Start with pulling all codes.

Did they pull on the abs wire and damage it? I’ve seen it before.

Thanks fellas, it looks like the zero point reset is hopefully what I need.

Yes! Took it to Toyota and had them perform a zero point calibration and it set everything back to normal.

Just had this issue. started yesterday. I took my truck over to Toyota and they said something along the lines of the issue being caused by me having after-market tail lights.. (alpharex) and something to do with a stoplight switch not working properly since it's not OEM and that's why my truck is throwing random codes.

Has anyone here ever heard of anything about that? I don't understand how. If that's the case then how does everyone get after-market tails and not have the same issue? I went ahead and ordered a cheap pair of OEM tails off ebay anyways. If anyone has solved this issue could you reply and help me out? thanks

22 tacoma trd off road. Lifted 3" on dobinsons, Geolanders with SCS wheels and no spacers. feel free to send me a message on insta too @thatonelunartaco
