    And going from the fact that you see your clutch engaging but no cold air worries me to think that either your compressor took a crap or you’re super low on refrigerant. Normally low refrigerant can cause it not to cool down to temp, but extremely low refrigerant can cause a compressor failure. If you’re not hearing a grumbling sound when you turn the ac on usually that means the compressor is still good. Are you having the AC blinking light issue like I was?

    no the light was not blinking. Its just odd, because I rarely use my AC. Only really for defrost

    Welp, i have a new clutch, but no ac. Going to try one of those recharge bottles next. But job was fairly simple, except my bearing was stuck on. Had to use a 3 jaw puller to get off

    Yea we had to use a puller as well. It is a pretty tight place to get the puller into. Lucky my bud had one small enough.

    Dang! And if it were me I’d go to a shop to have the system tested.. it cost me $90 and they evacuated, looked for leaks and put back my Freon, only adding a small bit. Those canister ones are sketchy and you can easily overcharge your system causing it to fail. My .02

    Ok thanks for the tip! Ill try to get it done. I have a trip coming up.. VA -> Montana (stopping in SD :boink:) and AC would be nice to have, but not necessary for me.
