Anyone have cold AC on just the driver side vents and warm on the passenger side vents? I'm assuming its a blend door that is not fuctioning correctly. 2018 SR5, dbl cab

Possibly low on refrigerant. Worked on a couple cars with that same issue.

yeah, probably low on refrigerant, this is common as the coil is on the passenger's side. It's essentially not cold enough to get cool air through the rest of the system. I would get it to a known A/C tech for proper diagnosis and avoid the Can-O-cool at the local Otto-Zone.

Thanks for the suggestions. My brain was fixed on thinking a blend door was stuck. Didn't think low refridgerant would still allow one side to be nice and cold while the other side wasn't. I figured low refrigerant would apply equally to all vents.

It could be, I was just adding another possibility. I'd avoid the swap-a-part approach, it ends up costing more in the end.

If you have dual zone then I would say sync them depending on your trim. If not probably the door like mentioned.

The A/C line schrader valves tend to be leaky on these trucks. I would get those checked. Had the same issue on mine, same symptoms as well cold on one side warm on the other.
