Humidity and hot weather has struck and I've been blasting the AC on Max. AC is ice cold and working as should, however I've noticed the compressor seems to have much more condensation than normal. I'm talking a pretty substantial puddle after parking, approximately 2ft in diameter.

Could this be from a clogged drain line somewhere? Where would that line be?

If the condensate drain was clogged most of that water would be sloshing in the evap box and leaking on your passenger carpet.

Unless I'm misunderstanding what you are describing, it sounds perfect as is.

Fl boy here, run AC 9-10 months of the year. Puddles are good.

Normal. If it’s not leaking into the floorboard of the truck, then the line is not blocked.
Sounds completely normal for AC on max and high humidity.
I’d say your ac is working great and efficiently. Other wise, you’d have less water.

No, normal operation. Youu could squeeze the tube where it exits the firewall to see if there is anything crunchy in there partially blocking the tube.

Great to hear that this is the consensus! Passenger floor board is dry so all good here.

Years ago, the ex took her car to jiffy lube prior to a roadtrip. Halfway to the outer banks, the passenger floor is soaked. Called my mechanic for advice..said it sounds like the condensate drain is plugged..pull up over a curb to get a look..see a bolt jammed in the hose..pull that out and promptly drenched in a flood of water..problem fixed..J.lube denied responsibility but clearly this was a trick the guy in the pit used to avoid dripping water on hot days and forgot to remove..J.L. claimed it was a senior tech..believe them..however, he forgot to pull the plug.. frustrating but quick fix.
