01 tacoma 2.4 5-speed

I was cleaning behind my dash vents, and I busted up one of those little square plastic "washers". I didn't realize that these are meant to be taken out a certain way...

Anyway, is it possible to just buy the little washer thing, are am I stuck buying a whole new vent?

Any shopping suggestions are welcome, too.

Call your local dealership and ask the parts guy, I'm pretty sure you can buy the clips by themselves but I can't find a good diagram
