    Hey Blacktaco, having 5 static psi on your gauge before charging seems mighty low. I would imagine your leak is pretty bad. Did you put your system in vacuum before adding the charge? Having air in the system could be bad. I'd recommend taking it to a specialized A/C repair shop. Alot of places give free estimates. Ohh and for the record import cars and trucks usually won't come with an orfice tude instead they have whats called an expansion valve. So you can rule out that possiblilty unless your changing your evaporator. Another thing is never use refrigerant with stop leak or sealer. These tend to damage your system in the long run.
