I recently noticed when using the AC, there isn't any water dripping from the drain hose that's in the fire wall on the passenger side. I did the obvious by blowing condensed air from my air compressor into the hose, but nothing came out. I took some flexible wire and shoved it up in there as much as I could through the hose to the evap and in the evap isn't clogged. Here's the kicker, none of it is leaking on the floorboard or dash. I spent half an hour trying to find a leak inside the cabin and out and still can't find anything. I can't find water stains, I don't smell any mildew or that sort...f-cking nothing. What am I missing?

Oh yeah. Sorry, I forgot to mention that. But yes, AC works fine and I do not have any leaks that I know of.

Both my Tacomas will drip almost non stop... Sometimes dirt dobbers will clog it up, and it will drain out into my passenger floorboard....

Doesn't sound like one to me. Your AC runs fine, the evap box isn't spilling into your cab and you have no signs of a clogged drain line.

Can you wiggle the evap box a bit and hear anything like sloshing?

Sorry for the late reply, was in the process of moving to different a city. But it's finally dripping. I'm not sure why it wasn't before. But all good now!

    my issue,
Any reason it would drip out of that hose port on the fire wall during the winter? (if that is the AC drain hose- condensate drain port)

on fire wall, actually circled in pic by the coil.

I recently just did my water pump and this "new" water leak comes at a interesting time.

Its either that or you might have a leak in the heater core.....
in summer its bypassed.......winter it re-awakens.....

If the humidity isn’t high enough, you won’t see any drainage.

Even in higher humidity, it takes time for noticeable dripping from the AC.

Driving on the highway for an hour with the AC blasting? That sucker will drip like crazy at stop.

Drive with the AC on for 10 minutes? Might not seem any drippage.
