    Hello all,

I've got at 2018 SR5 4x4 xp edition with less than 5k on the clock. I was pulling into Canaveral to watch the rocket go up with my son today and when I turned the AC off there was a grunt that came from it. I thought my son ripped one but was adamant that he didn't. I began to investigate and found that when I turn the AC on it runs as normal...but every time I turn it off it does this grunt thing and the noise is coming from passenger floorpan. Any thoughts? I apologize if this has been covered but I couldn't find a thread on this specific issue.

I suspect that the grunt is one of the dampers closing.

How was the launch? I've never been able to catch one.

How are you turning off the AC, by turning off the engine?

Could it be the secondary air injection system?
