Check out my readings with my ac running. I’m thinking this NAPA reman compressor needs to go.

    Thoughts?

If you go to the Dealership, they are going to sell you a Delphi.
    That's now the "OEM" replacement.

Somehow, Mahle and Delphi are related.
Only stating that incase you go aftermarket on your own.

If the compressor is running and your gauges are connected it's toast.
I never recommend buying reman A/C compressors unless there is just nothing else available, they are almost always junk.

I'd be concerned about metal contamination in the system being the compressor quit pumping completely, if there is contamination you will need to also replace the condenser and expansion valve screen, flush all the lines, remove the expansion valve (recommend replacing it), and flush the evaporator also.

Are you sure the compressor is running?
Suction and out pressures appear to be the same.

Man I just did that three years ago when I replaced the oem compressor with this garbage. Honestly it hasn’t seized or made any metal on metal loud noises like my oem did when it failed. Can I pull out the filter and look for metal debris maybe using a magnet before I go doing all of that again?
Yes it’s cycling. When it cycles off both pressures rise the high side almost reaches 100psi and the low side at this exact time was hitting around 70psi. When the compressor cycles back on the low and high sides drop to what you’re seeing in the pic. I also cannot find the oem compressor anywhere

That’s what I needed to know. I seen that on a local Toyota shop online inventory I sometimes use. Thanks for letting me know. One more thing, the oem Delphi unit comes with the pickup sensor? Or do I need to transfer my current sensor - it’s only a few years old. Thanks again

You can, I usually dump the oil out of the compressor into a clean container and look for glitter.

That sounds like a plugged condenser (typically the filter drier has come apart and plugged the screen/passages when this happens), see if you have any spots on the condenser that are warm/hot on one side and cold on the other and/or if the line coming out of the condenser is cold.
